A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

To our valued Customers and Producers,

As the COVID-19 Pandemic spreads, our everyday life is rapidly changing. Our hearts go out to anyone who has been
infected.

With our home state of California issuing a stay home order for all “Non Essential “ businesses for the health and
wellbeing of all individuals , Western General as an “Essential “ business will remain open to provide the financial
benefits to our customers. We are all struggling to have business as usual, but this Pandemic is anything but usual .

To comply with social distancing and for the health and welfare of our employees and to continue to provide the
important insurance benefit our customers expect, we have instituted a work from home program to include
approximately 75% of our staff . Only those job requirements that can not be completed remotely will continue to be
managed in the office .

We will continue to provide the best service possible under these difficult times.

In this very unprecedented time, our concern is for the safety and health of all Americans...Together we will beat this!
